Bill Perry is a Certified Fraud Examiner, CFE, a Motivational Speaker, and has lectured for several professional organizations. Bill is a Dynamic and Engaging Speaker, with over 20 years of speaking experience.

Currently Bill is also writing a book titled, “Memoirs in Blue: A Retrospective Mirror into a New York City Cop’s Eyes.” This book presents highlights from Bill’s roots as a native New Yorker who grew up in the inner city and went on to spend 20 years as a decorated veteran of the New York City Police Department and First Responder during the horrific events of 9-11.

Bill retired in 2005 and moved to Cape Coral, Florida where he worked as a Crime Analyst, Computer Forensic Examiner, and member of the Cape Coral Police Hostage Negotiation Team.
